We really hope you’re happy with your order, but if you’re not, you have 14 days from delivery to receive a full refund. Kindly complete the returns form enclosed with your purchase. The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it within the 14 days. Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email to confirm that your refund is on its way.

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for the cost of any returns. Please retain your proof of postage until you receive an email confirming that we have received your return.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please kindly complete the exchange form enclosed with your purchase, and return within the 14 days . Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange as well as the cost of reshipping the different size.

Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. This policy applies only to in-stock products and does not include pre-order items.

All items are shipped with tracking as standard via Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri.

If your order has not been received within 5 working days after receiving your dispatch email, kindly contact us, and we will promptly investigate the matter.
